Cancellation Policy for the Performance-Optimization Immersion Program
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our participants while maintaining the integrity of our program. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before registering.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations 60+ days before the retreat start date: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
- Cancellations 30-59 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the total program cost.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your spot to another qualified individual or apply 50% of your payment as a credit toward a future retreat within 12 months.
- No-shows, late arrival or early departures: No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.
Transfer & Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual who meets the program’s criteria, subject to approval. Transfers must be requested at least 7 days before the retreat start date.
Program Cancellation by Organizers
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, venue issues, health crises), participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future retreat. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses outside of the program.
